Payment Links

Payment Links has several features helping you request and collect one-off payments quickly.

The Payment Links table collects all of your created Payment Links and displays them for you.

Title​

Title of the Payment Link.

Description​

Description of the Payment Link.

Amount​

Amount to be charged.

Status​

Status of the Payment Link.

  • Active: Waiting for payment. Payment Link can still be edited or canceled.

  • Paid: Payment Link has been paid. Payment Link cannot be edited.

  • Expired: Payment Link's expiration date has passed without payment. Payment Link cannot be edited.

  • Canceled: Payment Link has been canceled. Payment Link cannot be edited.

Expiration Date​

Expiration date of the Payment Link previously set by the user. If no expiration date was set, this field is empty.

Created At​

Creation date of the Payment Link.

Actions​

  • Copy URL: Copy the public payment page URL of a Payment Link

Available for Payment Links with an Active or Paid status.

  • Edit Payment Link: Edit an already existing Payment Link

Only available for Payment Links with an Active status.

  • Send in Email: Send the Payment Link to your end-user via email

Only available for Payment Links with an Active status. You'll need to enter the recipient's email address.

  • Cancel Payment Link: Cancel a Payment Link

Canceling a Payment Link cannot be undone. Only available for Payment Links with an Active status.
